Ensoniq ASR Library

Virtual Instrument

Native Instruments Player and NKS compatibility

Ensoniq sound engineers produced a collection of Compact Discs “CDR 1 – 4 Series” consisting of the factory content. These sounds were used to create the EPS (Ensoniq Performance Sampler), Ensoniq TS-10, and ASR sample libraries. Thousands of floppy discs were transferred to CD’s and allowed the hardware samplers to load sounds directly from CD-Rom drives. This was a large step forward for musicians and made it easy to access large collections of sound libraries.

Digital Sound Factory has assembled these classic sound libraries for use with modern software vst synthesizers. The Ensoniq ASR is designed for Kontakt Player and the full version of Kontakt. The instruments are seamlessly integrated to be controlled by all Native Instruments NKS hardware.
